Press Mud as a Substitute to Soil
نویسندگان
چکیده
The research mainly focuses on proving the existence of a substitute for soil which plants can be grown. aim was to sustain in press mud and compare their growth with grown different ratios. null hypothesis- only soil, proven completely wrong by this study as plant (fenugreek) grew pot 100% mud. main objective is encourage people use instead conserve more rational important uses. methods used include experimental fenugreek were pots having ratios Each recorded regularly, measuring amount water added, pH temperature soil. study's results positive sustained indicate that an alternative Farmers nurseries widely prevent depletion.

As clear as MUD
Somewhat contrary to popular perception, it is both very and increasingly common for people to have medically unexplainable symptoms; this is also referred to as ‘medically unexplained disease’ or MUD. The basis of MUD is ‘symptoms’ that cannot be fully explained by an ‘organic’ cause. Managing patients with such a condition is a challenge for physicians, as most people present with a high leve...
متن کاملUsing Scrap Tires in EAFs as a Substitute for Carbon
EAF plants normally consume coal and coke as reactants, alloying elements, or fuel. The price of these materials varies from € 0.20-0.35/kg. This is while nearly 10 million pieces of tires are annually discarded in Iran. The present study shows that scrap tires can be used as a substitute for coal and coke in EAF plants. Thirteen grades of steel including low, medium, and high carbon steels as ...
متن کاملThermo-alkaline pre-treatment to solubilise and improve biodegradability of press mud
Thermo-chemical pre-treatment improves the solubilization of the lignocellulosic biomass. Therefore, it could improve biogas production from press mud, the solid residue from sugar cane juice filtration which contains up to 85 % insoluble organic matter. The impact of thermo-alkaline pretreatment conditions (100 o C, Ca(OH)2) on press mud was investigated for different times and concentrations,...
متن کاملFIFO segmentation as a substitute to linked lists
We present a technique for dynamic allocation of memory to different queues. Our approach lies between two well-known techniques, linked lists and the relocation of data for preserving reasonable contiguous areas of available memory space. However, we avoid the main drawbacks of both. We never allocate more than two segments of contiguous memory per flow and thus avoid the proliferation of poin...
